Authorities said on Thursday that a mosque and 33 houses have been issued, accusing illegal construction of municipal land in the Wallis Nagar area of Chandausi. The lawsuit follows a complaint against Samadhan Diwas that prompted a local magistrate judge and police chief to conduct a live inspection.
Chandausi tehsildra dhirendra dhirendra Pratap Singh said: “The Sambar District Sheriff and the Chief of Police decided to illegally occupy land No. 348 in Gata in Nagar Palika Parishad.”
Residents claim they have legally purchased the land and owned the deed. “The revenue team has collected all of these actions to see if they are legal,” Singh said. “In this case, notices have been sent to 34 people, including a mosque and 33 houses.” Maulvi of the mosque said he would respond to the letter.
