Bangalore: A 26-year-old software engineer was allegedly trying to fix it with fuel (gasoline) in front of Raj Bhavan of Bangalore City, before reporters then revolved around suicide attempts surrounding alleged harassment of his wife.
It is said that Zuhail, a resident of Hepur, Bengaluru, boarded Raj Bhavan with a bottle of gasoline inside. Zuhail arrives in front of Raj Bhavan, initially yelling justice and accusing the police of standing next to his wife.
At the same time, he took out a bottle containing gasoline and poured it on himself. However, his activities are gathered in the media’s attention before Raj Bhavan. They noticed Zuhail dumped gasoline at him and rushed to rescue before he could burn himself.
Vidhana Soudha police arrived at the scene and detained Zuhail and were transferred to the hospital.
Zuhail took the extreme steps because of his dispute with Javeria Muskan, a resident of Chikkaballapura. Their marriage was solemn on November 14 last year. Soon, their marriage was in trouble and the couple started a fight over personal issues.
Zuhair accused his wife Javeria Muskan of threatening him with false complaints against him. He said his wife asked him to get a divorce. Zuhar said his wife registered a police complaint against him in Chikkaballapura to meet her request, and police reportedly accompanied his wife.
Zuhail and his family threatened his life and sought protection for him and his family.
