Hyderabad: Four offenders in the Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) case have sought bail with the Telangana High Court. Former ministers Gali Janardhana Reddy, as well as Srinivas Reddy, Rajagopal and Ali Khan filed a petition claiming that there was not enough evidence to justify their beliefs.
During the hearing, the petitioner argued that they had not violated any conditions when they were released on bail earlier. They assured the court that if bail is approved again, they will comply with all legal conditions.
Nampally’s CBI court ruled in the OMC case on May 6, ruling that all four were guilty. They are currently living in Chanchalguda Prison.
