Gautam Singh appoints CGM in Nabards Jharkhand area

Ranchi, PTI (PTI) Gautam Singh has been appointed as the new Chief General Manager (CGM) of Nabard's Jharkhand Regional Office, according to a statement issued by the bank on Friday.

Nabard served for more than thirty years in the service of the Nabring of National Curmutture and Rural Development of Nabard, and was therefore the general manager of his previous position.

The statement said that throughout his career, Singh held several key positions, including his headquarters in Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh Regional Office in Lucknow and Madhya Pradesh Regional Office in Bhopal.

He also served as Regional Development Manager (DDM) at Munger, Bihar.

“Gautam Singh brings him extensive experience and deep expertise,” the statement said.

Singh plays an important role in the Natural Resource Management (NRM) projects in Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand. His contribution to consulting operations has greatly enriched the strategic direction of policy formulation and development plans.

Nabad said he also served as nominee director on the board of regional rural banks in Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.

The statement added: “Gautam Singh was named as the appointment of CGM for his unwavering commitment.

In the last fiscal year, Nabard extended records ₹Rs 5,83 crore financial aid supports rural infrastructure development to Jharkhand. Jharkhand Rajya Gramin Bank and Jharkhand State Cooperative Bank are the biggest beneficiaries ₹A total of 21.43 million.
