Gayathri students in SSC mid-high welfare school

Hyderabad: Gayathri Uduthala from Karimnagar, a center of excellence, scored the highest score in this year’s SSC Open Exam among students from the Telangana Society of Social Welfare Residential Education Institutions (TGSWREIS). She scored 584 of 600 points. Following closely behind is Jyothi C of Coe Gowlidoddi, Bhargavi B of Mulugu, Shwetha P of Bainsa and Manideep B of Coe Karimnagar, each with 583 points. Eleven girls scored between 579 and 584, while 12 boys scored between 575 and 583.
TGSWREI hit 97.71%, surpassing the state’s average of 92%. Of the 1712 students who took the exam at 235 schools, 17,307 passed.
A total of 113 schools recorded full pass percentages. The pass rates of the other 88 institutions range from 95% to 99%. Only 34 schools are below 95%.
The scores of 55 schools ranged from 98.25% to 99%, while 17 schools ranged from 97.14% to 97.5%. The records for nine schools ranged from 96% to 96.83%, with seven of them falling from 95.38% to 95.89%.
Compared with previous years, the overall performance rate increased, with a pass rate of 91.31 in 2023-24, 86.6 in 2022-23 and 90 in 2021-22.
Secretary Dr. VS Alagu Varsini congratulated the students and thanked the teachers for their work. She said the society remains committed to creating academic opportunities for students from marginalized backgrounds.
