Prasoon Mukherjee, a generally successful president of Singapore, recently met with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to outline a transformative investment strategy designed to revolutionize the state’s logistics and infrastructure environment. Discussions focus on the development of state-of-the-art logistics parks in Lucknow, marking a major milestone in Uttar Pradesh economic expansion.

This world-class facility will be strategically along the high-flow Lucknow-Kanpur motorway and will redefine logistics efficiency and warehousing standards. Covering over one million square feet, the Class A Logistics Park is designed to meet the evolving needs of modern supply chains, providing cutting-edge infrastructure to support e-commerce, manufacturing and retail sectors.

With an estimated investment of Rs 65 billion, the project will change the game in the region, creating approximately 7,500 direct and indirect jobs in transportation, warehouses and supply chain management. In addition to economic growth, the initiative is aligned with the state’s vision for infrastructure modernization and improves trade connectivity, positioning Uttar Pradesh as a key logistics hub for India.
