A new Link Expressway is being built after Yamuna and Ganga Expressways to connect the two major expressways and new routes in the area. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has nodded to connect Jewar’s Noida International Airport to New Expressway.
New Link Expressway in the West
A new Link Expressway has been drawn to provide the largest connection in the area and strengthen the road connections already present in the UP. The expressway is 74.3 kilometers long and is carried out through an investment of 4 billion rupees.
The new Link Expressway route will connect important areas such as District 21 and Bulandshehr's proposed International Film City. According to some reports, the new expressway will be built in 54 villages in the west, nine of which are contained in the 45 villages in Gautam Buddha Nagar and the nearby Bulandshahr district. These areas include the Yamuna and Ganga expressway routes. The new Link Expressway will provide faster connectivity, less and smoother traffic.
Yeida has issued the necessary no-object certificate for land acquisition. This will provide a new impetus for regional development. Earlier, this new Link Expressway was 83 km long and should pass through the department under Yamuna City. However, due to some changes in the route, its route has been shortened. This new route has been marked as a mark, given the important connectivity and no interference with the area.
The new highway will start from the Yamuna Expressway in the proposed Cinema 21 district and will pass through the developed districts and towns of Bulandshahr such as Aurangabad, BB Nagar and Siyana. For example, Yeida's new development departments, such as 28, 29, 32 and 33, will also gain their connectivity. Greater Noida will be linked to the Ganga Expressway and Meerut. Additionally, Ganga Expressway will further contact the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (DME) via Yamuna Expressway.
With this new highway, Delhi NCR, Western UP and other surrounding areas will establish connectivity with Noida International Airport, which will enhance the internal area of the NCR area. The new connection will lift the Yamuna-Ganga Expressway Corridor to develop and transform it into a logistics hub.
