Check mu: Officials said a senior government official was killed and two of his staff were seriously injured in Pakistani shelling in Rajuri area of ​​Jamu and Kashmir.
Officials said other deputy commissioners, Raj Kumar Thapa, and two of his staff, were seriously injured when a shell attacked his residence in Rajuri town.
They were taken to a government medical school. Officials said Thapa succumbed to his injuries and the condition of his staff was considered crucial.

“Devastating news from Rajuri. We lost the dedicated officer of J&K Executive Services. Just yesterday he accompanied the deputy CM around the area and attended an online meeting I hosted.
“Today, the official’s residence was hit by Parker shells because they targeted Rajuri town and killed Sh Raj Kumar Thappa, the development commissioner of the rest of our region. I have no words to express my shock and sorrow at this terrible loss of life. May his soul rest in peace,” the Chief Minister said in an article on X.
