Hamas announced his preparations to immediately begin immediate negotiations for the exchange of all hostage prisoners with Israel and proposed the release of all Israeli hostages in exchange for the agreed Palestinian prisoners. The proposal is conditional to have a complete ceasefire, to completely evacuate Israel from Gaza, to rebuild and to lift the blockade. Haleil al-Hayya, the leader of Haleil al-Hayya, accused Netanyahu of using partial deals to extend the war for political gain.
