Harvey Weinstein’s alleged rape victim reveals his claims to Gwyneth Paltrow and Penelope Cruz

A former model accusing Harvey Weinstein of rape reveals what former producers think of Gwyneth Paltrow and Penelope Cruz.

Kaja Sokola, 39, took the stage in New York City on Thursday when she shared in tears how she was raped and harassed by the frustrating film tycoon under the guise of helping her acting career.

When she tried to leave, she said Weinstein was angry and told her that he made Gwyneth Paltrow and Penelope Cruz’s career.

Paltrow starred in the Weinstein-made film Emma in 1996 and starred in Shakespeare In Love two years later, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress.

In 2017, she became one of the first women to accuse the now disappointed producer of sexual assault – detailing how Weinstein put his hands on her and suggesting that they massage each other in his suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel in the Peninsula, shortly afterwards he took on the lead role of Emma.

Meanwhile, Cruz starred in Vicky Christina Barcelona in 2008, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.

A year later, she continued to star in the romantic musical comedy “Nine” produced by Weinstein.

However, she never claimed to be sexually assaulted by the movie tycoon.

Socola was not the case, Socola told the New York City jury that Weinstein put her in a hotel bed a few days before her 20th birthday in 2006 and forced a blowjob.

“He forced his vagina – he raped me,” she announced in court Thursday, voice full of disgust and anger.

Sokola, who weighed only 125 pounds at the time, accused Weinstein of using his bigger mass to stop her and she couldn’t push him away.

She described how Weinstein’s left hand was on her belly, allegedly forcing her to sexual acts, his right hand on her left thigh.

“He nailed me to the bed and I couldn’t move under his bed… His whole body nailed me to the bed… It was too heavy like I was on me.”

“My legs became numb, he was so heavy.

“I feel like I’m dead-I’m totally numb…my hope is dead.”

But Juda Englemayer, one of Weinstein’s lawyers, told dailymail.com that the movement she described was incredible.

“His hand is here, the other hand is there, his mouth is here – all the time – he pushed her down – it won’t work.”

“Imagine Harvey playing Twister, that’s it. If people get rid of their disgust for Harvey and think about it, it doesn’t make sense.

Earlier that day, Sokola fell in the stands and cried uncontrollably as she told the jury that there was another time that Weinstein allegedly abused her when she was 16.

She told the jury that he was fumbled through her vagina under her lingerie and forced her to touch his cock in 2002 after seducing her to the apartment.

She told the court that the innocent teenager had barely even kissed a boy and was forced to watch the so-called attack in the bathroom mirror.

Weinstein stared at Socola as he first testified, sometimes placing his hands on his mouth and constantly chewing and coughing.

During Thursday’s proceedings, Weinstein seemed to have fallen on his head to the right, and his lawyer had to wake up.

Meanwhile, Sokola stared directly at Assistant District Attorney Shannon Lucey as she testified, refusing to look at Weinstein when she entered the courtroom.

Weinstein faces a jury in New York’s Supreme Criminal Court for a retrial of rape and sexual assault charges.

The 73-year-old sick young man was convicted in 2013 for sexual assault by aspiring actress Jessica Mann and raped childbirth assistant Mimi Haley in 2006.

But last year, the New York Court of Appeals ruled in surprise that Weinstein did not accept a fair trial – abandoning his 23-year prison sentence.

Weinstein is still in New York City’s Ricks Island Prison, serving 16 years in prison for sex offenses, but was held at Bellevue Hospital during the new trial due to a decline in health.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg once again accused Weinstein of committing the crimes – as well as additional charges of sexual assault against Sokola.

Weinstein was charged in 2006 with criminal charges for forced oral sex in Sokola, but she indicted him in 2019 for the 2002 incident.

He insisted on his innocence, and his lawyer told the court that women agreed to sexual acts with Weinstein to “work” to further develop their careers.

Jurors also heard about Sokora’s sister Ewa, who met in a restaurant in 2006.

She told the jury that Weinstein claimed that they had a friendly chat with the movie tycoon and read some scripts before he and Kaha left.

When Kaja came back alone, she was very quiet and said nothing at the table until her sister asked if there was any problem but she got her off.

Ewa said her sister was “very nervous” and compared her mood to waiting for the results of a college exam, where you fear bad results.

Ada Lucey told jurors in her opening speech last month that the once-held film and television producer preyed on the teen’s desire to participate in the film.

“It changes the way she is still dealing with today,” she said.

The allegations were previously detailed in a civil lawsuit settling with Disney, Bob Weinstein and Miramax, for $3 million, but Kaja Sokola was not found in the lawsuit.

A few weeks later, Kaja Sokola took photos with Weinstein and attended an event where his company wrote her a recommendation to the famous Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Academy.

The court heard earlier from an official at the school that there was no record of Sokora’s participation.

Lucey told jurors that power imbalances often “cause victims to act in ways that laymen may not expect.”

Sokora allegedly kept silent about Weinstein’s abuse until after other allegations against Weinstein appeared in 2017 and prosecuted him in 2019 for the 2002 incident.

Weinstein’s defense attorney Arthur Aidala was portrayed in her opening remarks as Weinstein’s plaintiff being the willing companion of entertainment Quid pro.

Aidala told most female juries that “casting sofas is not a crime scene.” He then compared the prosecutor’s allegations with a preview of the movie “a dull face.”

He admitted that Weinstein did “fool” with the so-called victims, but believed they were “agree” to “cut the boundaries.”

The lawyer argued that in the interaction with Weinstein, each of the three alleged victims “flirted” because he “can change the trajectory of their lives and make dreams come true.”

Aidala directly addressed Sokola’s allegations, claiming they were “based on lies” because he believed the younger model had “many problems”, including suspected eating disorders and alcohol abuse.

The lawyer then went on to praise the frustrating film tycoon, saying about his infamous in Hollywood, and describing him as “generous” and “the greatest movie executive, at least his generation.”

Aidala then asked the jury to see the full picture, calling the event of the so-called former producer’s bigger story “the minutes of the meeting.”

Weinstein He pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of third-degree rape.

The new trial, chaired by state Supreme Court Justice Curtis Farber, is expected to last about six weeks.

If conviction is to be made, Weinstein may see his long prison sentence for decades.

He served a separate conviction in Los Angeles for 16 years in 2022 – although his attorneys are also attracted to it.
