Trying to murder the wing commander registered in Bangalore

Bangalore: Vikas Kumar (26), a food delivery youth who was allegedly attacked on Nagavarapalya Main Road, Bangalore City, was accused of the wing commander of the Byappanahalli police station in the case of murdering him in his intention to murder him.
In a complaint to the police, Vikas Kumar, a resident of Babusapalya, Bangalore, said he was handing over to his friend to a friend (HR 51 BA 8568) when he encountered a car (HR 51 BA 8568), and the car driver had a dispute over a few car-related issues.
The complainant said the car driver (Wing Commander Shiladitya Bose) pushed him and threatened to “not play with him”. In FIR, Vikas Kumar claims Bose attacked him and tried to strangle him with the intention of murder and seeks police to launch appropriate action against the wing commander.
According to FIR, cases were registered under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita in 2023, according to 109, 115 (2), 304, 324, 351 and 352.
Narayan Gowda, president of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (a pro-Kanadian organization) assured the victim Vikas Kumar and provided him with the greatest support.
