Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court heard a batch of petitions on Wednesday seeking instructions to TGSPSC to take effect on the ST booking enhancement ruling not for the state government communicated through Line 33 of the 1 group recruitment in September 2022.
On the go, the government has increased the quantum of ST bookings from 6% to 10% and is suitable for educational institutions and employment. The petitioner seeks instructions from the Commission and the Government to implement only up to 6% of bookings.
The High Court had earlier stated that the option of Group 1, if any, would be subject to the final judgment of the petition. The court adjourned the matter until June 12. TGSPSC completes the recruitment process by verifying the documents of the shortlisted candidates on April 16.
