HC is severely affected by orders brought by private parties

Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court took a serious look at two fraud incidents by private parties, which was recorded or forged court orders to obtain favorable orders regarding Prime Land in Shamshabad and directed the state government to form a special investigation team (SIT). The bench also issued the current status order for the above-mentioned land.

The judge of the division, composed of Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar and Justice P. Sree Sudha, directed the police to file a lawsuit against those who had defrauded the court and interfered with the judicial justice.

The bench is dealing with civil miscellaneous petitions regarding land disputes in investigations of Nos. 661 to 664, 720, 721, 724 to 732 and (Paigah) villages between the HMDA and the Private Party.

According to HMDA, Huda before the 1990s acquired about 180 acres of land. When objections to increase the amount of the reward were raised, the Supreme Court ordered the strengthening of the reward in 2009. After a private party close to it, the High Court issued an order in 1988 to shelve the ruling and acquisition.

In handling the case, Justice T. Vinod Kumar found that the private party claimed that the order was passed by a high court led by a judge, on April 29, 1988.

Justice Vinod Kumar also found that other orders made by private parties were in defense of his case. The private party filed records of the written petition No. 28734 of 1996, an order issued by the judge in 1997.

At the direction of Justice Vinod Kumar, the Registrar of the High Court (Judgment) inquired about the matter and filed the last written petition registered in 1996 was No. 28715. It is also noted that when verifying the reason list 22.04.1997, it appears that WP No. 28734 of 1996 of 1996 was not listed. Therefore, the surface of the court concluded that these orders have also been fabricated.

Justice Vinod Kumar earlier discovered two cases related to Shamshabad land in 2024. In view of the incident, Justice Vinod Kumar directed the Registrar of the High Court (Judgment I) to file a complaint with the Charminar Police to inquire about the above aspects of the question, by filing a party with a record and forgery order against the parties involved.

He directed the State Government to quickly form a commission to investigate the complaint and filed by the Registered Service (Judgment-I) and two earlier complaints registered with the Chaminar Police Department.

Judge Vinod Kuamr also directed the Registration Office (Judgment-I) to obtain orders from the acting Chief Justice to issue the necessary notice to all relevant officials to not take orders if the order is relied on in any mortgage proceedings on any court/forum, including providing information from the general public to the High Court on the website of the High Court.
