HC rejects Jeevan Reddy’s expected bail petition

Hyderabad:Justice K. Lakshman of the Telangana High Court on Wednesday dismissed an expected bail petition filed by Ashannagari Jeevan Reddy in Armoor constituency, related to the illegal occupation of private land. However, the court granted expected bail to Jeevan Reddy and his mother Ashannagari Rajitha, wife of his mother Ashannagari Raju Bai.

Mokila and Chevella police conducted separate FIR registrations on a Sama Damodhar Reddy complaint and pointed out that Jeevan Reddy threatened them and tried to capture the land in the name of a memorandum of understanding. Mokila police have booked cases of criminal trespassing, unlawful restrictions, and extortion after being threatened, cheated and criminal intimidated. This refers to the dispute over the land of Chaitanya resort located in the bearing SY. No. 349, 351, 358 to 360, 362, 367 to 375, 377, 386 to 388, 390, 390, 391 to 395, 397 to 400, 425, 425, 435, 439, 441, 441, 439 and 444 in Tungatoor.

After another complaint by a Damodhar Reddy, the Chevrolet Police Department FIR against Jeevan Reddy and his colleagues on charges of SY about 20 acres of land. No. 32, 35, 36 and 38, in Chevella Mandal. The complainant claims that his father, Parma Reddy, had a function hall on the land. Jeevan Reddy, Rajitha and Rajubai claimed they own half of the land, demolished the buildings and carried out new construction. When Damodhar Reddy tries to stop the demolition, Jeevan Reddy and his escorts will threaten him with terrible consequences.

By the way, before submitting the expected bail petition, the petitioner filed two criminal petitions, demanding the criminal case to be dismissed. When the court dismissed the Quash petition, they sought the expected bail.
