Her team whipped criminals for harassing women in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Her team Hyderabad continues to stick to its commitment to ensuring safety and justice for women and children to respond quickly to complaints and take strict action against criminals. Dr. Lavanya NJP, Deputy Commissioner of the Deputy Police Department of Women’s Security, said that recently, her team has handled multiple sensitive cases, ensuring timely legal action and support.

Her team received a complaint from a woman who was blackmailed by a 30-year-old private employee who made friends with the complainant via Facebook and took her to a private room in the Oyo hotel where he secretly recorded their intimate photos and videos without her consent. He then threatened to leak the content, and when she met him in three options, he arranged another woman to pay Rs 1.1 lakh in cash unless she satisfies his request.

But the complaint chose the fourth option and contacted her with Hyderabad. Her team responded quickly and arrested the defendant at his residence. After pleading guilty, a small case was conducted at the request of the complainant and he was sentenced to a simple prison sentence of three days before the magistrate.

In another case, complaints were received against the 34-year-old plumber and the residents of Begpet. The defendant is the complainant’s neighbor, secretly documented as the victim celebrates the occasion with his office colleagues. The next day, he illegally entered her house and ransomed her into a physical relationship with the recording, threatening to post videos online.

Her team acted quickly, arrested the defendant, and booked a small case under his confession and sentenced him to a simple prison sentence of four days before a magistrate.

In another case, a woman living near the Secunderabad train station filed a complaint accusing a sexual assault of an unknown person and demanding the necessary action in Prajavani and having the same communication with her Hyderabad.

Her team escorted her to the Gopalapuram police station to register for FIR. However, the investigation shows that she herself is a habitual criminal, who asks to use her cell phone and then sends obscene content and blackmails them to make money. She has been registered with the police station, which filed false cases against her and was addicted to blackmail at the police station.

In another case, a complaint was received against a GHMC vehicle driver who was making inappropriate gestures to women who were dealing with the garbage. Her team carried out a bait operation and captured the defendant. He admitted to the offense and was sentenced to three days simple prison for his indecent conduct in public after he was sentenced to him before the magistrate.

Her team launched three separate POCSO cases in Chatrinaka, Jubilee Hills and Madannapet Police Departments to register for three people who exploit minor girls. The defendant manipulates the victim by making false promises of love and marriage, engaging in physical relationships, and then blackmailing them to continue sex or money.

FIR is registered under relevant parts of the POCSO Act and various police departments are investigating. A total of 49 people were caught in Red Hands when women performed poorly in various public places in Hyderabad.

In the presence of their family, 30 people issued warnings and consulted in the presence of their family, while two were before the magistrate and convicted of two days in prison and a fine of Rs 50.
