How Pep Talk of Ponting convinces anxious PBK foreign players to stay in India after ceasefire
New Delhi: When the ceasefire between India and Pakistan takes effect, Punjab Kings coach Ricky Ponting is about to take off and return home.

“Foreign players are not used to things like this (war situation). So it’s natural for them to feel anxious. Under the Stones, they all want to leave early, understandably. But Ponty convinced them to convince them to keep ceasefire after the ceasefire, which I think is amazing,” said a source on the team.
South Africa’s Marco Jansen is a regular player for PBK this season, the only one who left India but transited in Dubai with only a short flight.
