Pakistan targets Indian bases in the north and west
Pakistan uses drones and missiles to target multiple locations, including Awantipora, Srinagar, Jammu, Pathankot, Amritsar, Ludhiana and Bhuj, according to defense officials. The Indian Air Force responded by deploying its S-400 system, which intercepted and neutralized incoming threats.
All about S-400 missile air defense system
The S-400 system, called “Sudarshan Chakra” by the Indian military, is made by Russia and can track targets up to 600 kilometers and intercept them at distances up to 400 kilometers.
India has four S-400 squadrons. One person from Pathankot covered Jamu, Kashmir and Punjab, another key area to protect Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Made by Russia, the system is one of the world’s most advanced air defense systems with the following capabilities: orbital targets up to 600 kilometers.
Intercepted aircraft, drones and missiles range from 400 kilometers
So far, India has deployed four squadrons of the S-400 system to cover key areas such as Punjab, Jamu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Gujarat.
India hits radar strike near Lahore
