Hyderabad: Hydraa carried out demolition operations on Monday at the Diamond Estate layout in Hydernagar in Kukatpally Limits, bringing long-awaited relief to 79 landowners.
The dispute involved 9 acres and 27 guntas in the investigation No. 145 of the Hydernaga branch, purchased by the plot owner in 2000. However, it was alleged that a man named Shiva Durga Prasad and Associates had occupied the land.
In 2024, after a long legal struggle, the court ruled to benefit the land owners. Despite the ruling, the invaders have not evacuated the land. The aggrieved owner then filed a complaint with Hydraa through the Prajavani complaint platform.
Hydraa deploys a team and removes all unauthorized structures from the site. The landowner thanked the authorities for carrying out the court’s order and acted promptly to recover their property.
