Hydraa deletes the structure proposed by AP TDP MLA on Hafeezpet

Hyderabad: Hydraa on Saturday demolished unauthorized buildings on government land in Hafeezpet, the structures were proposed by Telugu Desam Mla Mla Mla Mla Vasantha Krishna Prasad of Mylavaram in Andhra Pradesh in Mylavaram.

Hydraa said that in the 39.2 acres of government land in Hafeezpet, houses and other buildings were raised on 19 acres of land in the city of Hafeezpet.

On the remaining 20.2 acres of land, the agency claims that the Vasantha project, owned by the MLA, illegally subdivided the investigation number, built the office structure, raised the shed and rented it to different businesses.

“While the land is in litigation, they sold nearly 20 acres after construction. Now, the remaining 20 acres are also sold out under the pretext of ULC (urban land ceiling), etc.,” said Hydraa Commissioner Av Ranganath. He said they obtained permission under the pretext of ULC and retained the civil lawsuit 14 (CS-14) covered up by authorities.

Authorities razed the building to the ground in severe police safety. They also placed a board on the land, noting that the board is in lawsuits in the Supreme Court and the site is protected by Hydraa.

Speaking to the media, MLA Vasantha Krishna Prasad said: “Hydraa gave us notice and I personally submitted my property documents to Ranganath. He said that if he had any questions about the property, he would contact me but did not tell me about the Raz raz the Building.”
