Hydraa destroys illegal occupation in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) seized government land on Saturday in Hafizpet and Raidurg, Hyderabad.
In Hafizpet, the investigation No. 79, which covers 39.2 acres of government land, was found to be violated in the income record that was prohibited. Vasanta Homes Company allegedly manipulated records by designating the land as investigation No. 79/1, which misled the unauthorized building. More than 19 acres of land have been developed, homes are sold to buyers, while the remaining 20 acres will be offices, sheds and rented to various organizational structures. Although the Supreme Court case (CS14/58) continues, these activities continue.
Hydraa removed the structure within the fence and installed a board of directors to declare the land a government property.
In another incident in Raidurg, Hydraa took complaints from local young people, which were banned from playing cricket near the 5/2 investigation, due to encroachment. The agency’s on-site inspections showed that Narne Estates illegally developed 39 acres of government land, including ponds, by building roads and selling land in an unauthorized layout. Despite the board’s statement of a land grab, Narne Estates sold the plot by contact number. Release said Hydra deleted the encroachment, restored the land, and filed a police case against the encroacher.
