IAF Fields Mig-29, Jaguar jets for air drills in 12 countries in the UAE

New Delhi: The Indian Air Force deployed Mig-29 and Jaguar Fighter jets to participate in the exercise of the Desert Flag−10, a 12-national air exercise hosted by the UAE Air Force at Al Dhafra Air Base.
The IAF Task Force arrived Sunday before the exercise, held from April 21 to May 8. Join forces from India, from Australia, Bahrain, France, Germany, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, South Korea, Turkey, Britain, Britain and the United States.
Desert Flag -10 will see participating in the Air Force on complex missions including close air support, forward air control, and combat search and rescue. The exercise aims to improve tactical levels, facilitate the exchange of operational best practices, and enhance interoperability of some of the world’s most capable air forces. IAF officials said India’s participation highlighted the country’s commitment to deepening defense ties and cooperation preparations with the region and its friendly countries.
