If locked for 3 days, the Android phone will automatically restart

Google reportedly launched a new security feature that will automatically restart the Android device, which has not been unlocked for three consecutive days.
This feature is included in the latest Google Play Services update, which states that Android devices “will automatically restart if locked for 3 consecutive days.”
Restart will place the device before the first unlock (BFU) state that keeps the data encrypted and disables biometric login until the user manually enters their device password.
9to5google reports that while the auto-restart feature may take some time to be active, Google Play Services version 25.14 is expected to be launched.
Apple has introduced similar features in the iPhone before, with iOS 18.1 updated, and if the device is locked for four days, the device will automatically restart.
