Illegal motor for water plate target

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water and Sewage Treatment Commission (HMWSSB) announced on Wednesday that strict action will be taken against those who illegally use electric motors on tap connections. Starting April 15, the board will launch a special drive called “Electrical Tap Water” to stop this practice.
Ashok Reddy, managing director of HMWS&SB, said this use of electric opportunities destroys water pressure and affects supply to other households. He warned that the motor found during the inspection would be seized immediately and would be fined Rs 5,000. Repeated offenders may also face police action.
Water panels found that using automatic and high-speed motors in multiple areas deprived families of the home at the end of an adequate supply of water. Although the board is providing enough water, many people are facing low pressure due to these illegal practices.
To solve this problem, the drive will be divided into four stages, during which officials will conduct door-to-door inspections. If the motor is found, the next water bill in the fine will be fined.
A special mobile application has also been developed to monitor violations. On-site staff can upload photos of illegal motor use, tank overflow and waste. The app will also allow citizens to report this abuse directly in the future.
