Supported by Bhushan Kumar, Nidhi Dutta, co-produced by Shiv Chanana and Binoy Gandhi, “Border 2” is hosted by Anurag Singh. The film is a sequel to the 1997 war drama “Borders” and is believed to be based on the 1999 Kagir Wars in India and Pakistan.
For the unproven Pakistani forces, Pakistani forces infiltrated the LOC and occupied Indian territory, mainly in the Kagir region. India's response was to launch a major military offensive to expel Pakistan's infiltration. Released by Gulshan Kumar's T series and JP Dutta's JP movie “Border 2” may be released in theaters on January 23, 2026.
