Systematic persecution of ethnic minorities in Bangladesh under the Provisional Government: India

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEA) on Saturday (April 19) continued the rights of ethnic minority religious groups in Bangladesh and said that under the interim government led by Professor Mohammed Yunus, “systematic persecution of Hindu ethnic minorities”.

A statement issued by an official MEA spokesman raised the recent statement of killing Hindu community leader Bhabesh Chandra Roy and reminded Yunus-Administration of its responsibility to protect minority rights.

“We have noticed that the Hindu minority leader Shri Bhabesh Chandra Roy, in trouble, is in a murder that follows the pattern of systematic persecution by the Provisional Government under the Provisional Government, even if the perpetrators of previous events suffered harm in such incidents,” official spokesperson Randhir randhal randhal randhal jaisiswal histal jaisiswal in the Interimity hiles of Incorments.

Bhabesh Chandra Roy, 58, from Dinajpur, Bangladesh, was kidnapped and beaten by four people on the afternoon of Thursday (April 17). Roy was the leader of the Puja Udjapan Committee of Bangladesh, a key Hindu costume that mobilized members of the community throughout Bangladesh around religious celebrations.

“We condemn this incident, once again reminding the Provisional Government of responsibility for protecting all ethnic minorities, including Hindus, without inventing excuses or making distinctions,” Jasval said.

This sentence is the latest in a series of case reviews on minority rights between Dhaka and New Delhi. The press secretary of the chief adviser Professor Mohammed Yunus, Shafiqul Alam, urged India to ensure the safety of India’s Muslim minority population on Thursday, prompting the MEA to fight back, saying Dhaka’s remarks were “dismay”.
