India – Pakistan ceasefire: Elon Musk

India and Pakistan agreed to an immediate ceasefire on Saturday after a sharp rise in cross-border tensions triggered by deadly terrorist attacks in Jamu and Kashmir on April 22. The breakthrough came after U.S. President Donald Trump called it a “strong diplomatic engagement” over the past two days. Amid growing tensions among nuclear-weapon neighbours, the United States claims it plays a key role in reducing the situation. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he and Vice President JD Vance had discussions with senior officials from both countries. Rubio also praised PM Modi and Pakistan for choosing to confront each other.
But just hours after the ceasefire was announced, Pakistan witnessed illegal acts in Srinagar and other border areas.
