India – Pakistan ceasefire update in real time: drone found on Barmer in Rajasthan, power outages remain in border areas

On the evening of Sunday (May 11, 2025), drones suspected of launching from international borders were found in the Barmer district of Rajasthan, prompting the government to enforce strict power outages. Residents of the city are advised to stay indoors and turn off the lights.

The directors of the three services delivered a press conference on Operation Sindor on Sunday (May 11, 2025) and said more than 100 terrorists were killed, including terrorists involved in IC 814 hijacking and the Pulwama explosion. They also said that nine terrorist hubs in Pakistan were hit.

After three days of fierce military hostilities, India and Pakistan have reached an “understanding” about the cessation of “military operations” and “fire”, announced by Minister of External Affairs S. Jaishankar on May 10, 2025 (May 10, 2025). Border Security Force (BSF) officials said that after announcing the cessation of shooting and military operations between India and Pakistan on May 10, 2025 (May 10, 2025), cross-border fire in Pakistan was reportedly reported at multiple locations along the Chamu border.
