India provides evidence to UN officials about TRF’s role in Pahalgam attack

The Indian delegation met with senior officials from the UN Counter-Terrorism Office and the UN Counter-Terrorism Commission’s Executive Board on Thursday in New York.
The delegation met with Vladimir Voronkov, Deputy Minister of the United Nations Office for Counter-Terrorism, and Natalia Gherman, Assistant Secretary-General of the Executive Board of the Counter-Terrorism Commission, met with Natalia Gherman. UN officials expressed condolences to the victims of the April 22 terrorist attack.
People familiar with this development say the Indian team has presented the latest evidence that highlights Pakistan’s accomplices in terrorism. The evidence focuses on the role of TRF in the attack. Other issues found at the meeting include terrorist financing and the use of technology by terrorists.
Pakistan, a non-serving member of the United States University of California, has been defending the TRF at the UN Security Council with the help of China and has successfully blocked the name of terrorist clothing in the UN Development Declaration condemning the terrorist attacks. TRF twice claimed responsibility for the attack.
