Trump’s $400 million Qatar jet: Trump may not be able to use talented 400 million luxury Qatar jets for Air Force One

Later Sunday, Trump himself appeared to have confirmed the plan in a post on his Truth Social Platform.
“The Department of Defense is therefore getting free gifts from 747 aircraft to replace the 40-year-old Air Force One, temporarily through a very open and transparent deal, thus disturbing the bending Democrats they insist on paying for the aircraft,” he wrote.

Will Trump be unable to use luxury jets?
According to the Washington Post, flight records show that the Qatar jet moved to San Antonio International Airport only a month ago. This shows that improvement preparations can be made.
But the main focus is on reconstruction. The report said it would take years of work and billions of dollars in losses to the 13-year-old aircraft that meets the current Air Force One standards. They said the project was completed before Trump left the office. The President’s aircraft must meet broad and highly classified standards of safety, communication and support, which is both expensive and complex. Please read also: Trump Lamb’s “funders of terrorism” will video after accepting $400 million worth of jets
“This is essentially a command center in the sky, hardly bearing nuclear threats,” a former official familiar with the Air Force One operation told the Washington Post. “It requires secure communications across multiple levels.” According to the official, upgrading the Katari aircraft operated by other countries and private users will require the Air Force to completely divest and rebuild it to meet U.S. standards.
Former Air Force Frank Kendall pointed out that counterintelligence concerns also played a role. “We need to make sure the aircraft is not compromised by surveillance equipment,” he said.
Experts – Both the current and the former emphasize the need to protect advanced communication systems from obstacles, cyberattacks and even nuclear incidents. “Basically, you have to remove the aircraft and rebuild the aircraft from the frame,” retired Secret Service Agent Mac Plihcik said in details about President Obama. “The security of every component is crucial.”

Trump praises Qatar jets
President Trump praised Qatar for providing his administration with a luxury plane for free, calling the gesture “great” and saying he would be a “stupid guy” who would not accept the $400 million Boeing 747-8. However, current and former officials of the U.S. Military, Department of Defense and Secret Service pointed out that using the aircraft may require abandoning established safety specifications.
Trump said he plans to use the aircraft “for a few years” while waiting for two Boeing aircraft to be customized to meet the strict military standards required by Air Force One.
According to Swiss Airlines AMAC Aerospace, the interior of the Qatar aircraft is luxurious, including two full bathrooms, nine toilets, a master bedroom and guest bedroom, multiple lounges, a private office, cream and tan leather seats throughout the two decks.

The acceptance of gifts has raised moral issues on both sides of the political aisle, as it appears to violate the laws of corruption in the Stanchi government.
Laura Loomer, Trump’s far-right ally, said accepting Qatar’s planes would be a “stain” of the administration.
She posted on X: “We cannot accept the $400 million ‘gift’ of jihadists. The Qatari Foundation murdered members of our service in the same Iranian agent in Hamas and Hezbollah.”
Sources told the ABC that the White House and the Justice Department believed the gift was legal and not a bribe because it was not for any particular pampering or action.
They say it is not unconstitutional because it will be passed on to the U.S. Air Force and then handed over to the Presidential Library, thus never being given to individuals.
