India tells UN Defense Minister to support terrorist group confession

New Delhi/New York: At the United Nations, India said on Tuesday that Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif publicly pleaded guilty to the country’s history of supporting and financing terrorist organizations, and made Pakistan a “rogue state” to exacerbate global terrorism and destabilize the region. Global leaders extended “strong, clear” support and solidarity after India’s deputy deputy representative Pahalgam terrorist attack, which was the representative of UN Ambassador Yojna Patel, who called it a testimony of “zero tolerance” of the international community for terrorism.
The Pahalgam terrorist attacks are the largest number of civilian casualties since the 26/11 Mumbai attack in 2008,” Mr Patel added, “The world has heard Pakistan’s defense minister acknowledge and acknowledge Pakistan’s history of supporting, training and training and financing terrorist organizations in recent television interviews. ”
Last week, the 15 UN National Security Council (UNSC) issued a statement condemning the terrorist attacks in Jamu and Kashmir.
Security Council members stressed the need to hold and blame the perpetrators, organizers, financiers and sponsors of such reprehensible acts of terrorism. They stressed that those responsible for these killings should be held accountable and urged all states to cooperate with all relevant obligations in accordance with international law and relevant Security Commission resolutions to achieve all relevant obligations and to cooperate with responsibilities within all relevant scopes.
France is the chairman of the committee in April, and the press statement was published by the chairman of the Council and the permanent representative of France, to UN Ambassador Jerome Bonnafont. Pakistan is currently a non-permanent member of UNSC. However, the fact that the Resistance Front (TRF) is not mentioned, believed to be Pakistan-backed Pakistani terrorist group Lashkar-e-Tayyaba (Let), is in the brow claimed by UNSC. This is in stark contrast to the United Nations domestic joining statement issued after the Pulwama terrorist attack in February 2019, named the Pakistan-based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammmed (JEM).
In addition, unlike UNSC’s statement after the Pulwama attack, urging all states to “actively work with the Government of India and all other relevant agencies” to bring the perpetrators to justice, UNSC’s statement on the Pahalgam terrorist attack skipped any references needed to cooperate with the Government of India and used only the “relevant agencies”.
Media reports said that the missing China-Pakistan had a hand last week because the UN Security Council news report was a text of negotiations and China was one of the five permanent UNESCO soldiers. Under the tremendous pressure faced by Pakistan, the TRF reportedly later retrospectively and denied any involvement in the Pahalgam terrorist attack, just days after admitting it was underway.
Meanwhile, UN Chief Antonio Guterres expressed deep concern over tensions between India and Pakistan, saying he was ready to support any initiatives accepted by both sides to “relegate” and “resuming dialogue.”
The “United Nations Secretary-General” expressed deep concern about the situation between India and Pakistan. He strongly urged both governments to exercise the maximum restrictions and avoid any escalation. ” a statement from his spokesperson’s office on Tuesday (IST).
