India’s first satellite | Celebrating the 50th anniversary of “Aryabhata” in SCES operating in Telangana

To develop students’ interest in space science and technology, the Singaporeni Collieries Education Association (SCES) decided to celebrate the golden jubilee of the launch of India’s first satellite Aryabhata on April 19, 2025.
The celebration will be held at all educational institutions operated by SCES, including nine schools, a female degree and PG college, except for the Singapore Collieries Polytechnic College (SCPC) that spread throughout the state’s coal seam belt.
The celebration will participate in a variety of events including quizzes, paper writing and painting competitions to mark Satellite Technology Day, and 50Th SCES Secretary G Srinivas said the historical milestone of the Indian space legend is a historical milestone of Aryabhata’s anniversary.
These activities will highlight the great achievements of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in space science research, space technology on public goods and its upcoming space mission.
