India’s strong will to terrorism: Rajnas

New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said on Sunday that under Operation Singh, Indian armed forces not only attacked Pakistani military bases near the border, but also felt the power of the Pakistani military headquarters in Rawalpindi.
He said the Indian army punished anti-Indian troops and terrorists who wiped away the vermilion of many families through the Pahargam terrorist attack.
The Minister of Defense said in a speech at the Brahmin production department at the opening ceremony of Lucknow that Operation Sindor is not only a military action, but also a symbol of Indian politics, society and strategic opposition to terrorism.
Operation Sindoor was launched in early May 7 to destroy nine terrorist infrastructure occupied by Pakistan and Pakistan in retaliation for the Pahalgam terrorist attacks. All subsequent revenge on the Pakistani offensive was carried out under Operation Sindor.
India and Pakistan announced on Saturday that they had an understanding to cease all shooting and military operations on land, air and oceans and take effect immediately.
Singh said the entire country is congratulating the success of the Indian military’s actions.
“This action is a demonstration of India’s strong will to oppose terrorism and also demonstrates the capacity and determination of military power,” he said.
“We have shown that whenever India takes any counter-terrorism action, even cross-border land is not safe for terrorists and their owners,” he said.
Singh said Indian troops launched Operation Singh to destroy Pakistan’s terror infrastructure.
He noted: “We have never targeted their civilians. But Pakistan is targeting not only civilian areas in India, but also trying to attack temples, gurudvaras and churches.”
“The Indian army showed heroism and courage and restraint, and gave appropriate responses by attacking many military bases in Pakistan,” he said.
He added: “Not only have we taken action against military bases near the border, but even in Rawalpindi, the threat of Indian troops is at the headquarters of the Pakistani army.”
The defense minister said the world has seen the consequences of terrorist incidents committed and occurred in India.
After the URI incident, our army entered Pakistan and conducted a surgical strike, after the Palwama attack we carried out a Balakot air strike, and now the world is seeing India entering Pakistan and conducting multiple strikes after the Pahargam attack.
“Under the zero tolerance policy for terrorism, our Prime Minister Narendra Modi made it clear that this is the new India and will take effective terrorist actions on both sides of the border,” he said.
