A woman named Priyanka Mukherjee claimed that an indigo stewardess stole a gold chain from her five-year-old child. Police filed a lawsuit against Indigo crew member Aditi Ashwini Sharma, based on a complaint filed by the girl’s mother.
Priyanka Mukherjee is traveling on Indigo flights 6e 661 On April 1, fly to Kolkata from Thiruvananthapuram to Bengaluru. During the flight, her two daughters, five years old and two, began to fight.
The flight attendant offered help and asked Priyanka Mukherjee to calm her older daughter while the mother took care of the child.
When the plane landed, the flight attendant sent the child back to Priyanka Mukherjee. Priyanka said while talking to the Indian era that she noticed that the gold chain weighed about 20 grams and her daughter wore it. She asked Aditi about the chain, but Aditi denied accepting it. Priyanka Mukherjee has since reported the incident to the Central Industrial Security Forces (Indigo) and airport authorities.
She continued: “From the afternoon we landed in Bangalore, I didn’t get a correct response from anyone. Airport authorities told me that I had to deal with airlines and police since the incident occurred on the plane. I tried to file a complaint with the airline. When the police spoke to the airline, they didn’t get ADITI’s request. Incident.”
What did Indigo say about this incident?
“We are aware of recent events involving a staff member on flight 6E 661 from Thiruvananthapuram to Bangalore, involving concerns raised by our clients. We take such issues very seriously and provide comprehensive support and cooperation for conducting the investigation,” Indigo said.
However, no arrest has been made because the authorized person is investigating the matter carefully.
