The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a defense seeking a channel registration for cash discovery rows by Delhi High Court Judge Yashwant Varma. A Supreme Court judge called the application “premature birth” and said an internal investigation had been conducted and that it was unable to intervene in the ongoing internal processes at this stage.
