The Gujarat Titans became the first team to qualify for the IPL 2025 playoffs at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Their victory also helped Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) to gain a spot in the playoffs.
The capital of Delhi is now in a tough position and may be eliminated as early as next Wednesday if the result is against them.

If the Delhi capital loses, they will be eliminated.
What LSG needs:
- LSG must win all the remaining 3 games (versus SRH, GT, RCB) to reach 16 points.
- PBK had to beat DC and MI, so PBK won 14 points.
- DC had to beat MI, so DC ended with 15 points.
- LSGs must lead in points because their net run rate (-0.469) is much lower than MI (+1.156).
