“iruttukkadai halwa” family accused of dowry harassment, calling on CM Stalin to seek the safety of his daughter

The famous “Iruttukkadai Halwa” family from Tirunelveli Town has filed a complaint with Tirunelveli City Police Commissioner Santosh Hadimani, who alleged that their daughter Kanishka was harassed by her husband and relatives.

In the complaint, Kanishka married Balram Singh of Coimbatore on February 2, and her mother Kavitha said that although the family had harassed her husband and father-in-law at the wedding, asking for additional dowry.

The complaint said the family asked Chief Minister MK Stalin for assistance to ensure Kanishka’s safety.
