IIMB-RERI and BAF partner to authorize apartment RWA for community leadership

The first cohort of the program consists of 23 members representing apartments with only 20 units, with more than 3,000 vehicles. Although some of them volunteered to participate in the program, others were carefully selected by Reri and Baf.

RWA governance, including the legal framework of the Board of Management, financial planning and budgeting, capital project execution, supplier and soft system management, water and IT systems, multi-stakeholder communication, and compliance management are topics covered every Sunday, covering four weeks each Sunday, as well as the technical features of key infrastructure-style styling plants such as electronic functions, such as fire service, impose safety, impose safety, elevation and tailoring.

RERI and BAF are still investigating details on when new cohorts will be accepted, if the program will be extended to gated communities and non-condo RWAS, among others. They also plan to enter the civic agencies into the program through two-way communication.
