Ispeed: India launches 145 crore rubber tips and production lift drive

Inroad (India Natural Rubber Operations for Assisted Development) has driven the Skills and Productivity Improvement Driver (ISPEED). Ispeed, a Rs 14.5 crore initiative is a five-year commitment to benefit directly from over 2 million small agricultural rubber farmers and nurseries in Northeastern and West Bengal states and West Bengal through structured skills training, deploying modern infrastructure and improving quality standards standards at sources.
Under this plan, 3,000 chimneys will be set up for high-quality production and 3,000 paper rolling machines will be installed, including manual and electric units.
The dabbling in Skills and Productivity Efficiency Drive (ISPEED) was launched by Arun Mammen, Chairman of the Association of Automotive Tire Manufacturers (ATMA), along with Pravin Tripathi, Chairman of the Guwahati inroad on Tuesday.

Inroad is the first of its kind in the world, and the tire industry has made direct contributions to the development of rubber plantations directly, funded by four members of the Automotive Tire Manufacturers Association (ATMA), including Apollo, Open Air, Suth, JK and MRF, and implemented by the Indian Rubber Council.

“With Ispeed, we are investing in the knowledge and capabilities of Indian rubber growers,” said MRF Ltd. Arun Mammen, Chairman and Vice Chairman of ATMA. The Indian tire industry proudly supports small holders to be able to build results with scientific knowledge, sustainable practices, sustainable practices, and shared foundations. Under the intrusion project, more than 136,000 new growers have been engaged in plantations for the past four years. However, limited access to scientific eavesdropping technology, quality processing infrastructure and disease management continue to affect yields. To address these gaps, Ispeed will support the deployment of 3,000 chimneys for high-quality sheet production, 3,000 sheets of cardboard rolling machines, manual and automotive units, including model and demonstration facilities, including manual and demonstration equipment, above and demonstration levels of steps, and certain models. Community-based knowledge transfer.

“As Inroad lays the foundation, Ispeed will bring momentum,” said Inroad Chairman Pravin Tripathi. “We are building rural infrastructure and skills models to exceed project cycles and create sustainable value for growers.”

The ATMA Chairman formally launched the program by launching some Smokehouses for the area and created using local materials in Tripura and Assam tailors.

Since most of the beneficiaries of the project are small landowners and hold less than one acre of land, inroad encourages a collective approach to creating infrastructure so that the entire community can be authorized.

Rubber smoke chambers are essential for producing high-quality rubber sheets by drying and curing latex, a milky white substance that is cleverly excavated from rubber trees. The Rubber Committee will be the main implementation partner, supported by regional institutions such as Tripura University and experts in other fields.

ISPEED’s expected results include increased productivity in rubber plantations, improved RSS-4 rubber quality at farm level, better pricing and improved grower income, promoting sustainable attacks, interval and cost management, and trained places in the training of trained local labor in line with global best practices.
