Israeli air strikes kill 23 in Gaza

Deir Al-Balah: Health officials said an overnight Israeli air strike killed at least 23 Palestinians in Gaza, including three children and their parents who blew up tents in the city of Gaza.
The bombing continues as international warnings on the allocation of aid to Israeli plans to control Gaza, Israel’s blockade of more than 2 million people.
The United Nations and aid organizations have rejected Israel’s aid allocation operations, including programs from U.S. security contractors, former military officials and humanitarian aid officials, calling themselves the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.
The Gaza Ministry of Health said that among the 23 bodies brought to the hospital in the past 24 hours, five families were beaten in the Sabra district of Gaza.
Later on Friday, another Israeli strike attacked the warehouse of the UN Palestinian Refugee Agency (UN Palestinian Refugee Agency) in northern Jabbaria. Four people were killed according to the body of an Indonesian hospital.

Under Israel’s lockdown, the charitable kitchen is actually the only food source left in Gaza, but it has been closed in recent days due to running out of food supplies. The aid team said more closings were imminent. Israel said the blockade was intended to force Hamas to release the remaining hostages and disarm. Rights groups call the lockdown a hunger strategy and potential war crimes.
Israel accused Hamas and other militants of aiding in Gaza, although it provided no evidence for its claims. The United Nations denied a major shift, saying it monitored distribution.
The 19-month war in Gaza was the most devastating war ever between Israel and Hamas. According to the Ministry of Health, it killed more than 52,800 people, more than half of which were women and children, and injured more than 119,000 people. The ministry’s number does not distinguish between civilians and combatants. Israel said it has killed thousands of militants without providing evidence.
Israel vowed to destroy Hamas after an October 7, 2023 attack on southern Israel, where militants killed about 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and more than 250 people were kidnapped. Hamas still holds about 59 hostages, about one-third are still alive.
Hamas released a video on Saturday showing hostages Elkana Bohbot and Yosef-Haim Ohana, who appeared under coercion.
