Srinagar: Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi visited the advancement zone of Jamu and Kashmir’s Line of Control (LOC) on Thursday to interact with officials and Javanese to appreciate their critical role in defending the country during their recent escalation with Pakistan and demonstrated dedication, courage and selflessness.
The Defense spokesman said here that the Army Chief visited the advance site of the Dagger Division, headquartered in Srinagar, the 15th Corps headquartered in Srinagar, also known as Chinar Corps-, and interacted with all teams.
The spokesman said that in his speech to the troops, the Army Chief praised their “heroic, Josh (spiritual) and vigilant actions, which ruled the LOC in the ‘Sindoor Operation’ operation.
He said: “General Dwywivy also praised the role of the troops in destroying Poyk’s terror camp And appreciate the role of the Dagger Division in the rescuers given to Pakistan’s mean translox shelling. “He added: “The Army Chief of Staff stressed that the troops need to continue to prepare for any challenges with decisive challenges. ”
Meanwhile, J&K Lieutenant Manoj Sinha said the country is proud to avenge the armed forces by launching Operation Sindoor to target Pakistan’s “terrorist infrastructure”.

He also released photos of the Defense Minister interacting with soldiers at the headquarters of the 15th Corps of Badami Bagh State University in Srinagar and said: “The world has seen that terrorism on the territory of Pakistan’s J&K Alliance is designed and executed by Pakistan, and our strong forces now ensure that we will go deep into the attacks on terrorism and terrorists in Pakistan because the terrorist attacks on terrorism, which is a terrorist act.
He acknowledged the Minister of Defense’s call on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to adopt Pakistan’s nuclear weapons under its supervision, “As Hon’ble Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh Ji said, Pakistan’s nuclear blackmail is not working now and its nuclear weapons should be carried out under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency.”
Meanwhile, schools and other educational institutions in the five border areas of the Jamu region reopened on Thursday as India needs to close eight days after Operation Sindoor – Pakistan upgraded.
After the local safety assessment, the students and teachers returned to schools in selected areas of the Chamu, Samba, Katua, Rajuri and Pornchi areas, officials said.
The School Education Bureau issued a reopening order directing school leaders and regional education officials (ZEOS) to implement security protocols and coordinate closely with the authorities.
