Jayathri Infra faces Rera hot

Hyderabad: Several home buyers filed complaints about the infrastructure in Liegatri, India. Jaya Diamond Project’s developer Ltd. is accusing of prolonged delays and a complete lack of communication on project progress. Despite full payments and agreements signed, the project is small in development since 2022.
Without explicit updates from builders, affected buyers formed the Jaya Diamonds Welfare Association and sought intervention with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). On the complaint, RERA issued an interim order that restricts developers from selling or registering more units in projects.
While the company blames the delays for financial restrictions, the buyer claims that Jayathri infrastructure does not provide any transparency on how to use the collected funds. They also said developers have made no progress in attracting investors or joint venture partners to resume work.
Rera warned that ongoing violations could lead to cancellation of the project. Meanwhile, buyers still hope that regulatory actions will lead to long-term overdue progress and home delivery.
