Joint search operations continue after contacting JK’s terrorists

According to officials, terrorists opened fire on Romeo troops, one of whom was injured near a wide village located on the national highway, connecting Poonch to Jamu.
After the incident, the area was blocked and other security measures were taken. Early morning visuals at the scene showed that Indian Army personnel conducted strict vehicle inspections with the help of the dog team. With the joint operation of the Army, Jamu and Kashmir police continued to prevent any attempts of terrorists to escape, and the village of Lusana remains in a high state of security. Earlier, in the ongoing operations and terrorist attacks in Jamu and Kashmir, Indian troops reiterated their commitment to continue operating across the coalition territory until “eliminating terrorists.”
“The operation will continue until the terrorists are phased out,” Kishtwar-Doda Ramban Range Director-General Shridhar Patil said in a press conference.
One M4 rifle, two AK-47s, 11 magazines, 65 M4 bullets and 56 AK-47 bullets have been seized. In addition, hats, some drugs and first aid materials have been recycled. Officials also wrote about the drugs, an official statement said.
