“It is a happy coincidence that her father had served as a judge at the time of his appointment, a judge in the City Civil and Conference Court. Linga Indian Records recorded the entry in the 1996 edition, namely “Father-Daughter Judge in the same court.”

She served as a judge of the Supreme Court on August 31, 2021, when nine new judges (including three women) were sworn in.

Justice Trividi sat in a ceremony led by Chief Justice Br Gavai on Friday, a tradition that marked the withdrawal of top court judges.

She is part of the Five Judges Constitutional Judge, who released the 10% reservation proposed in 2019 with a 3:2 majority vote in November 2022, which was economically weak due to economically weak enrollment and government jobs, which exclude poor people between the SC/ST/ST/OBC categories.

Justice Trividi is the seven judges’ constitutional trial in August 2024, with a 6:1 majority holding constitutional authority to subcategorize the predefined caste. This is a heterogeneous class in society, giving society a more regressive upward class to the society to grant social reserved class.

Justice Trivedi said in her 85-page opposition judgment that only parliament can include caste or exclude from the SC list and that the state has no right to modify it.

The judge composed by Justice Trivedi in November 2021 said that under Article 7 of POCSO, any behavior involving physical contact with “sexual intention” involves any behavior with sexual assault, because the most important ingredient is sexual intention, not skin-to-skin contact.

Under the POCSO Act, both cases dismissed the controversial “skin-to-skin” judgment of the Mumbai High Court.

Justice Trividi signed a ruling that the moratorium imposed under the Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Act does not prohibit property attachment under the Maharashtra Protection Reserves Act.

The judge led by Justice Trivedi paved the way for Uttar Pradesh government plans on May 15 to develop the Shri Banke Bihari Temple corridor in Mathura to capitalize on the interests of dozens of devotees.

She was born on June 10, 1960 in Patan, northern Gujarat, and worked as a lawyer in the Gujarat High Court for about 10 years.

She was appointed as the Urban Civil and Assembly Court in Ahmedabad on 10 July 1995.

She has worked in different positions such as the High Court and the High Court of Gujarat Government.

She was promoted to judge of the Gujarat High Court on 17 February 2011.

Justice Trivedi was transferred to the Rajasthan High Court and worked since June 2011 until she was deported to the Parent High Court in February 2016.
