“The FIR has not been registered, and the criminal law has not yet brought about a motion. There is no doubt that the large amount of money burned, partially burned and secretly deleted is nothing more than bribery/corruption – it is a crime – punished in Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and suspected of preventing corruption laws.”
The petition highlights the lack of an official explanation as to why FIR is not registered, and the criminal law does not file a motion.
“This will mean seizing currency notes, ensuring the crime location, arresting suspects, etc.”
