As the confrontation between the state government and Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot is unlikely to end on the bill, Secretary of Law and Parliamentary Affairs HK Patil said the state government is sending the clarification he sought to the governor.
Mr Patil told reporters here: “We will have to discuss the bill returned by the cabinet governor. There is an opportunity to find a solution in the Constitution. There are instructions on how to proceed. Article 200 Article 200 has made clear instructions to Raj Bawan and the state government in this regard,” he said.
In providing clarifications, he said the country wants Raj Bhavan to accept them and clear the bills.
