Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah visits Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru canceled due to weather conditions

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah visited Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga on Sunday (May 18, 2025) and was cancelled due to weather conditions.

A communiqué from the CM office said that CM would not go to Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga on the same day for inevitable reasons. The weather in both areas is still cloudy. Several areas in both areas received moderate to heavy rain on Saturday (May 17, 2025).

CM plans to fly to Shivamogga by plane and helicopter to Chikkamagaluru. He is expected to hold a three-day state-level sports meeting at the Karnataka Government Employees Association of Lord Shiva at night.
