Karnataka Minister Kn Rajanna seeks investigation in a honey trap row and filed a complaint to…

The Karnataka Home Minister assured that the necessary action will be taken once the legal team and CM Siddaramaiah discuss the so-called honey trap of civil servants and lawmakers.

Karnataka Cooperation Minister KN Rajanna has formally filed a complaint with the Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara, urging legal action against the so-called Honey Trap attempt. The incident has attracted widespread attention and many people have requested a thorough investigation. Minister Parameshwara assured that the necessary action will be taken once the legal team and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah discusses the so-called honey traps of civil servants and lawmakers. Speaking to the media, Parameshwara said: “I will have a discussion with the legal team and the Chief Minister for the next move. Until we discuss and take the necessary action unless we have such discussions.”

On the 20th of this month, opposition members raised the question, namely, many members of the Legislature, and some ministers. At that time, Basavaraj Yatnal mentioned the Minister of Cooperation Rajanna. And Rajanna’s name, Rajanna and Rajanna stood up in the parliament, yes, it was underway, I will have a representative, I will provide you with a representative. Therefore, as the Minister of the Interior, if there is a representative or a complaint, I will have appropriate inquiries and three to four days later, the Minister of Cooperation of the Government, Rajanna, gave me a representative.

He said earlier today that it was related to the so-called honey fishing controversy. In addition, Karnataka’s interior minister said he had verified it with relevant departments but had not registered the complaint.

“So far, no one has filed a complaint to me. Opposition leader R Ashoka has also issued a statement. I have verified with the relevant departments and have not registered for the complaint yet.”
On Monday, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a PIL seeking an independent investigation by the CBI or sitting in what Karnataka legislators, civil servants and judges call honey traps.

A request from Jharkhand resident Binay Kumar Singh requested an independent investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or a Special Investigation Team (SIT), which includes police officers not controlled or affected by the Karnataka state. Through a petition filed by advocate Barun Sinha, the Supreme Court or the oversight committee led by a retired Supreme Court judge, urged to oversee the investigation.

Earlier, Cooperation Minister KN Rajanna claimed that 48 people in the state had become victims of the “honey trap” and their obscene videos had been distributed. Congressional MLA claims the list is all over the party, including state and state leaders. “There are very serious and disturbing charges on the ground of the Karnataka legislature, and those who are eager to become the chief minister of the country have successfully tempted several people, including the judge. The charges are alleged by a current minister who is a victim who claims to be a victim, thus providing pet readings for serious accusations.”
