Karnataka reserves 74 women’s assembly seats for 2028

Bangalore:Karnataka Congress Committee Chairman and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar said on Monday that the women’s reservation is about to take effect, which will pave the way for 74 parliamentary seats left by women in the 24 seats in the 2028 election.
He said there were 74 seats and he said: “My purpose is not to get my wife/daughter to participate in the conference elections in 2028, but workers should be given enough strength to face the elections.”
He said he said in the new president-elect Manjunath Gowda, the Karnataka Youth Congress Committee in Bangalore.
He exudes partisan confidence in the 2028 elections to retain power in Karnataka and the Congress party returns to the centre in 2029 under the leadership of leader Rahul Gandhi and All India Congress Committee (AICC) Mallikarjun Kharge.
To retain power in Karnataka, the KPCC president hopes that party workers work hard to win the success of partisan nominees to follow up polls for Zilla Panchayat, Taluk Pancahayat and City Corporations.
He called on the party workers to fight the Bharatiya Janata party at the booth level and asked the newly elected Youth Congress President Manjunath Gowda to form a working group of 25 members at each booth.
Manjunath Gowda, the newly elected Youth Congress president, said the country has been witnessing efforts to inspire community friendliness and constantly trying to disrupt peace and harmony in Karnataka by misleading youth.
Gowda said that in addition to increasing public harassment, unemployment rates have been increasing, and young people who are unemployed are taking the path of falling into the drug mafia.
He noted that the country has been lagging behind China’s development, but the central government has not noticed that it is lagging behind its neighbors.
Tax Minister Krishna Byregowda made a speech.
