Telangana CID Book Forgery Cases against Ex-Brs MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh

Hyderabad: Telangana Crime Investigation Department (CID) has targeted the former BRS MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh registration forgery.

CID conducted a case against Ramesh 67, a 67-year-old from Vemulawada, Karimnagar district, based on complaints filed by the Government Whip and Congress MLA Aadi Srinivas. Srinivas confirms when contacting Deccan Chronicle On Tuesday, CID filed a complaint to police Director General Jitender and issued a FIR.

The case was registered under Section 465 (forgery), Section 468 (forgery of intent to cheat) and Indian Criminal Code (IPC) (using forgery documents) (IPC). Article 12 of the Passport Act 1967, Article 14 of the Foreigners Act 1946 and Article 17 of the Citizenship Act 1955 were also cited against Ramesh.

Srinivas explained in detail all the factors related to German citizenship and how he had once violated the norms and often traveled to Berlin. Srinivas said that in addition to voters in the Weimulavada parliamentary constituency, Ramesh deceived the state and central government and committed crimes under the Citizenship Act of 1955, Pasterts Act of 1967 and other provisions of the IPC.

“Ramesh has the responsibility to prosecute,” the Congress MLA said, adding that he filed a complaint after obtaining a high court verdict in cases related to Ramesh and discussing with the legal team.
