The Kremlin said relations with the United States were going well, but also warned that ties with Moscow were serious under the former U.S. government.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russian state television reporter Pavel Zarubin. “The truth is that reviving relationships from scratch is a very difficult task and requires very intense diplomacy and other efforts.”
